However, the pull-out couch was terrible, the mattress felt like a collection of springs and couldn’t support an adult. A loud noise from a vent outside also disturbed our sleep several times during the night, which was frustrating. The staff at the front desk were friendly, but there were times we had to wait a bit longer for assistance. Overall, I enjoyed the clean atmosphere and good breakfast, but the noise issue and the couch's poor quality need attention.
